Returns are not accepted for items as characterized below:
1.) Seasonal Items
2.) Packaged items that have been opened
3.) Any items not sold in sealed packages (including but not limited to trays, aluminum pans, containers, etc.)
Claims and Returns: Please do not refuse shipment or return items without first contacting us for authorization. All claims of damage or shortages must be reported within 10 days of your receipt of the shipment. Goods damaged during transit are the responsibility of the carrier, but we’ll be happy to assist you in filing a claim. Please retain the original packing material, as they may be required for inspection by the carrier’s claims agent.
Return Shipping: Return shipping must be paid for by the customer, and the shipping charge on the original order will not be refunded. This applies to all returns except those that are the result of an error made by Schorin Company.
Refund Disbursement: Any returns on purchases made by a credit card will be credited back to the original credit card used.
