Claims and Returns: Do not refuse shipment or return items without first contacting us for authorization. All claims of damage or shortages must be reported within 10 days of your receipt of the shipment. Goods damaged during transit are the responsibility of the carrier, but we’ll be happy to assist you in filing a claim. Please retain the original packing material, as they may be required for inspection by the carrier’s claim’s agent. Returns are accepted for others reasons on all items except the following: Seasonal Items, Open Packages, and Any Merchandise Not Sold In Sealed Packages (examples include but not limited to trays, aluminum pans, some containers). You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are not our fault.
Any returns on purchases made by a credit card will be credited back to the orignial credit card used.
